Problem: I enabled the Firewall and can no longer browse on the Internet. Cause: If the Browser has a Firewall rule setting on Block you will not be able to browse. Resolution: Please double-check the settings for your Browser in the Personal Firewall settings:
1. Start Bell Business Internet Security Pack. 2. Click Firewall. 3. Choose Internet Access Rules. 4. Search the Application's Name column for your Browser. Ensure it has been allowed to Connect to the Internet. 5. Click OK. |
